[What the role is]

To work with the consultant to implement Asset Management System (AMS) whom the system owner is GovTech, with Financial Interface to Workday, to meet Reporting Standard requirement for capitalised operating lease payments as Right-to-Use assets.

To oversee the Fixed Assets (FA) and Development Projects to ensure that all payments related to fixed assets transactions are processed promptly and recognised correct to meet the Whole-of-Government (WOG)'s initiative and comply with NAC's procedures and requirements of the accounting standards and tax rules.

What you will be working on

Manage fixed assets implementation
Manage fixed asset reporting
Manage Tote Board Arts Fund
Manage Investment and Fund Managers
Manage development grant drawdown and capitalisation
Other system enhancement and policies reviews
Undertake ad hoc duties/projects assigned from time to time

What we are looking for

Good Finance/Accountancy degree
Positive attitude towards learning
Have at least 10 years of working experience, and prior working experience in statutory boards will be an advantage
Have knowledge of financial reporting standards for statutory boards (SB-FRS)
Ability to handle data analysis, financial management, financial reporting and financial closing and stakeholder engagement
Independent, meticulous and comfortable working with voluminous data
Ability to multitask and work well under tight deadlines
Analytical, resourceful, energetic, proactive, resultsoriented team player with strong customer orientation
