Description
Overview:
- 5 Working days 8.00am to 4:45pm
- Working Location: Jurong Island Transport Provided: Jurong East/Lakeside MRT
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, vendors, and freight forwarding firms.
- Efficiently schedule daily shipments.
- Compile comprehensive sets of shipping documents for export and import procedures.
- Handle customer and supplier relationships, including tracking orders and coordinating deliveries.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Material Management or an equivalent credential.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years of pertinent work experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy.
