Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and challenges related to the investment execution platform.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and impact assessments to identify potential risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing features and functionalities, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as necessary.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to investment management and execution platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the financial services industry, with a focus on investment management or execution platforms.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, trading workflows, and regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank).
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
