As a General Manager, you are responsible for leading a team to run the day-to-day operations and fulfil the following responsibilities:

Creating and implementing strategies to grow the company's business
Planning and managing the manpower to ensure no disruption to the operations
Ensuring that the team can deliver quality service to the customers
Working closely with the sales team to retain customers
Developing new solutions to meet customer's needs
Improving internal processes for better productivity
Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the company

Skills and Qualifications: -_

At least 8 years relevant work experience as a senior manager or GM
Indepth technical knowledge of the drycleaning industry
Able to interpret financial reports and manage the company's budget
Excellent leadership skills and effective conflict resolution and problemsolving skills
Meticulous and good communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$7, $9,000.00 per month
