Job Description Summary:

Support Quality team in Quality Assurance & Quality improvement programs/activities in manufacturing environment
Get a chance to lead / colead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence
Learn industry quality tools, eg. problem solving methods, FMEA, SPC, 6Sigma,
Learn on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problemsolving tools, conduct RCA and Quality Audits
Support in product qualification package & drafting of work instructions
Be exposed learn and execute Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business
Initiate Kaizen ideas & work with a team to implement the ideas
Be exposed to power generation service/refurbishment processes & industry
Be exposed to metallurgical labs, industrial nondestructive Tests methods, calibration programs, manufacturing process controls, inspection technologies (as required)
