Operations Executive - Singapore - E CLEANING SOLUTIONS PTE LTD
Description
Supervision of all works and Manpower to ensure smooth operation to ground.- Responsible for daily deployment of cleaners.
- Daily Routine checking of the premises and Equipments.
- Attends clients complaint and feedback promptly.
- Briefing Safety to Cleaners.
- Inventory Management.
- Quickly resolve tenants and shoppers complaint about housekeeping issues.
- Inspect all the rest rooms and Common areas ,Compound,Carparks,Office tower daily to ensure Standard of the building.
- Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operation.
- Conduct Daily Safety Toolbox meeting.
- Conduct Weekly and Monthly meeting with Contractors.
