1.Execute day-to-day processes and activities in IT Operations & established policies, procedures, and processes to guarantee the reliability, and security of systems, services, and infrastructure.
- To design a software for the company internal operation using between operation and admin department
- Maintain the software system ,Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Handle IT audits and assessments when company required.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities, progress, and performance metrics.
- Discuss with operation tea if have many potential issues
