    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities


    • Kickstart the selling and marketing of Jewellery Cleaner products in the Malaysia market


    • Manage brand websites, social media accounts and CRM


    • Take ownership in managing various e-stores including order management (fulfilments/exchanges/returns), content updates, customer service, etc.


    • Develop online and offline sales/marketing strategies and initiatives to increase revenue/engagement.


    • Liaise with both brand owner, platform partners and retailers to build strong rapport and engagement, establish a good understanding of brand performance across all channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.


    • Ensure products are well-merchandised and displayed at store in good condition, promotion materials are well-displayed.


    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, engagement with retailers, journalists, and influencers.


    • Develop wholesale business; engage with retailers; conduct product training for retailers' sales staff; monitor stock at retailer level.


    • Hire and manage part-time promoters at retailers.


    • Drive brand-led events, coordination and management of pop-up activities, retailer events etc.


    • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

    Requirements:


    • Brand management and business development experience in a similar industry is highly preferred. Knowledge of jewellery is a plus


    • Strong network with supermarkets, department stores, DIY stores, jewellery industry


    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets


    • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the product
