Position Overview


The Sales Executive (Long Stay Residences) is responsible for developing and fostering business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel.

He/she also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.


The Role

A. Manage Client Relationships

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfil guest and/or customer requirements in the sales contracts
  • Escalate guest and/or customer concerns and feedback to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction for repeat business

B. Manage Sales Activities to Achieve Sales

  • Conduct minimum 20 sales activities per week including sales call, entertainment and site inspections
  • Follow up with guests and/or customers to close sales
  • Prepare sales proposals and quotations
  • Prepare standard sales contracts

C. Support sales administration operations

  • Coordinate sales activities with the sales team
  • Prepare sales reports for tracking and analyses

Talent Profile

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience working for an upscale hotel
  • Knowledge of Opera
  • Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
