Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the company's supply of products and services. Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers.

The Procurement Specialist has to discover the best ways to cut production and logistics expenses so that the company can invest in growth and people.

JOB DUTIES

Source for production local and overseas vendors (i.e. manufacturers, printers, etc.)
Forecast demand and inventory trends to meet operational needs and minimize surplus and wastage
Expediting materials from suppliers and ensuring ontime delivery and logistics
Sourcing for freight forwarders and comparing quotations
Organize, monitor and maintains warehouse inventory levels in all countries
Fulfilment of ecommerce orders
Packing and transfer of stocks to respective outlets when required
Provide overall support to business
Other ad hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Production
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and fast
Ability to solve complex problems
Able to speak and write Mandarin as needed to liaise with overseas suppliers in China
Passionate with the beauty industry with proven track records
