Responsibilities:

Warehouse and Cold Chain Management

Execute general warehouse operations and tasks.
Ensure adherence to procedures for safe and efficient handling of goods and equipment.
Comply with organizational governance, compliance, and reporting protocols.
Follow organizational data governance and protection procedures.
Utilize allocated resources effectively.
Implement operational policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct basic risk assessments.
Support the department in incident or crisis management efforts.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement environmental protection measures.
Operate technology and electronic tools proficiently.

Safety and Health

Carry out Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure personal compliance.
Conduct safety and health risk assessments.
Report WSH incidents promptly.
Identify safety and health shortcomings in current processes.

Warehousing, Cargo, and Material Handling

Report warehousing issues promptly.
Handle loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse cargo and items.
Execute warehouse security operations as per plans.
Implement cargo or materialhandling security procedures.
Manage the movement of warehouse cargo and items.
Conduct crossdocking operations and shipment consolidation.
Perform warehouse operations following 5S techniques (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain).
Identify operational deficiencies, maintenance needs, or repair requirements.
Conduct cargo consolidation activities.
Execute transhipment and transloading operations.
Adhere to height, weight, and special handling requirements when stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets according to storage plans.
Perform container stuffing and unstuffing operations.
