Description

We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to provide end-to-end HR support to the team, as well as oversee office management.

This role will be acting as a liaison between staff, managers, and executives to create a healthy & engaging culture.

This role will be based in Singapore and report to the Corporate Lead.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain complete and accurate employee files.
  • Provide endtoend HR support and service to individual team members.
  • Manage benefits, claims and payroll.
  • Assist with the hiring process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews to preparing employment contracts and related letters.
  • Manage the onboarding process and conduct onboarding training for new employees.
  • Coordinate the entire employee performance management cycle and ensure completion of performance reviews and documentation.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities (pulse surveys, interviews, team bonding, virtual activities).
  • Handle employee grievances and stay abreast of the latest employment laws and rulings.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks.
  • Annual Tax Filings.
  • Lead office administration and management activities (e.g., purchasing office supplies, coordinating repairs, etc.) / office management duties.
  • Assist team and management with other work related matters as needed.
  • Actively participate and support initiatives to make Digify a great place to work.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in a technology company.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Working knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations. Knowledge of labor laws in the US and other countries is an asset.
  • Aptitude in overseeing employee benefits.
  • Ability to develop and carry out training programs for managers and employees.
  • Ability to analyze and work with key HR performance metrics such as headcount and retention.
  • Computer Skills. Knowledge of end user technology with HR software and platforms is required for this role.
  • Ability to build team morale and promote company culture.
