  • With 3 years of lease management experience in processing backend leasing documentation/managing high volume document experience added advantage
  • Strong admin working in legal/law firm processing contracts/processing legal documents are welcome to apply.

Job Description:


  • Manage and administer leases in a portfolio of Office/ Logistic properties
  • Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, checking and activation of contracts, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule
  • Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions
  • Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents
  • Execute the arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval
  • In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales
  • Covering of administrative duties

Requirements:


  • Possess a Diploma in relevant courses
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong admin that does contracts and work in legal/law firm will have added advantage
  • Possess retail backend leasing processing background will have added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
  • Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
  • You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills
