**DescriptionAs a member of the Operations team, you will get a behind-the-scenes look at how the business is run.
You will work to support the processing, recording and settlement of financial transactions and work on implementing new ideas to improve and enhance our client services.
You will work with a variety of professionals to drive growth and manage risk.**Responsibilities
Providing operational support to the trading desk and sales
Perform EOD checks & reconciliations in the system and remediate when needed
Generate and deliver EOD reports within the timeline
Working in a controlled environment
Identifying cost saving opportunities in operations processes
Improving procedures daily processes
Assist in counterparty onboarding
Key Qualifications
Minimum Diploma qualification
open to diploma graduates with no more than 2 years of work experience
Currently pursuing a diploma qualification with expected graduation of April/May 2023
All academic disciplines and majors welcome - not necessarily from a business or finance background
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in teams to deliver results
Highly motivated with a 'can-do 'attitude
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
Available to start work ASAP
