Event Manager - Bedok, Singapore - E35 Pte. Ltd.
Description
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and manage the overall event strategy and budget.
- Plan and execute the event timeline and ensure that it runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, sponsors, and clients.
- Oversee the event team, delegate tasks, and ensure that all team members are meeting their responsibilities.
- Identify potential problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Manage postevent activities, including evaluations and followups with clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in event management or related fields.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
- Knowledge of event technology and industry trends.
- Leadership and management skills to oversee and motivate event teams.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$5, $7,500.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- event management: 5 years (preferred)
