Cundall is the leading way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and in order to keep up with the demands of the organisation,we require an organised, collaborative, and dedicated Office Administrator to assist our team of multi-disciplined engineers in our Singapore office.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy team in Singapore in a full-time role to support and assist the Office Manager in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment as well as the full spectrum of HR functions.

You will also act as a crucial point of contact for our external clients, internal staff and senior management for ad-hoc administration, workload management, room booking, reception cover and generally supporting the administrative requirements of our busy engineering teams.

The Skills:

You will be a Diploma holder with Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management, with proven practical administration experience and preferably accounts payable experience of at least 4 years within a fast-paced and complex organisation, you have accumulated excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel, and also possess a highly organised and proactive approach to your work.

You are used to working on multiple priorities and to tight deadlines - making use of your initiative, self-motivation and effective communication skills.

You will have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and have experience of taking instruction from multiple stakeholders, while also managing expectations and taking pride in the consistent delivery of excellent service.

Fluency in other languages, desirable. Experience of working within an international partnership or engineering consultancy is advantageous.
