Description
Provide software/product training to customers, including after trials and after-sales engagements.- Provide professional presentation and consultation on company's products for existing and new customers.
- Research and support the communication process with prospects.
- Define and contact new prospects. Manage existing customer accounts, and at the same time, seek and develop new customer accounts. Successfully create a business pipeline from new and existing customer accounts
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Carry out sales and marketing activities in executing deals, postsales, marketing strategies, campaigns, and analysing the market, competitors and customers
- Establish business and industry contacts and cultivate the relationships to identify new business and revenue opportunities.
- Able to build strong and strategic partnerships at all levels of prospects and clients as well as develop future businesses
