Provide software/product training to customers, including after trials and after-sales engagements.

  • Provide professional presentation and consultation on company's products for existing and new customers.
  • Research and support the communication process with prospects.
  • Define and contact new prospects. Manage existing customer accounts, and at the same time, seek and develop new customer accounts. Successfully create a business pipeline from new and existing customer accounts
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Carry out sales and marketing activities in executing deals, postsales, marketing strategies, campaigns, and analysing the market, competitors and customers
  • Establish business and industry contacts and cultivate the relationships to identify new business and revenue opportunities.
  • Able to build strong and strategic partnerships at all levels of prospects and clients as well as develop future businesses
