Ensure consistent capturing, elaboration and prioritization of the demands to the IT organization

Conduct regular alignment meetings between demand requestors and IT technology teams, in order to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Facilitate the annual planning cycle, in addition to capturing and prioritizing the demand on an ongoing basis.
Map the demand against agreed plan and resource base.

Manage the end-to-end project delivery life-cycle

Keep the project delivery methodology uptodate
Monitor, review and report project status

Make an impact by

Identify and perform continuous improvement of existing processes
Understands the requestors' needs and their priorities, and under what circumstances those priorities can change.
Responsible for reviewing, elaborating and prioritizing capex and opex demands to the IT organization.
Manage incoming demands against resource capacity.
Support the development and implementation of change management processes, tools and best practices.
Provide executive level visibility through reporting/dashboards with a holistic view of the project portfolio for all inflight and pipeline project initiatives.
Identify and implement improvements to demand management process.
Capture all cross impacts from multiple initiatives and coordinate resource allocation across all IT technology teams.
Assist IT technology teams to prioritize work on the basis of capacity, initiative readiness, resource conflicts and execution risks.
Maintain the project development methodology, keeping the processes uptodate.
Monitor and report project status to key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to existing processes.

Skills for Success

Tertiary qualification in IT, business, marketing or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge of demand management process.
Experience in managing the needs and expectations of crossfunctional IT and business teams.
Passionate in continuous process and operational improvements.
Experience in data analysis and providing insights through reporting/dashboards
