Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure materials, equipment, products, and tools required for water pump projects in residential buildings, pumps and valves in watercooled chiller systems in commercial buildings, splitunit outdoor condensers, and PLC/microcontrollers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to translate project requirements into detailed specifications for procuring materials, equipment, and engineering solutions.
  • Manage vendor selection processes, including interacting with vendors primarily from China, and maintain accurate vendor contract records and databases.
  • Follow up on vendors' deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of materials and equipment.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality for the company.

Requirements:


  • Strong business acumen, online research skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for B2B technology and preferably holds an engineering degree.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
