Roles & Responsibilities
**Objective / Purpose of the Job
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its growing presence. To develop new businesses and exceed customer satisfaction.

Performing market research
Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts
To achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by successfully managing the sales.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs in order to guide current & future strategies
Work closely with other functional groups not limited to, Accounts, Site team & Operation, and HR to ensure the accomplishment of the task assigned.
Preparation of Monthly Sales, Collection Reports & Yearly Budget Plans; Updates on Market Shift and Competitors' Activities; Involved in Management Strategic Policies making process.
Highly motivated to accomplish your assigned tasks and company objectives
Preparation of proposals, tenders, and quotations based on project requirements and close monitoring of project execution to optimize profitability and maximize customer satisfaction.
Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer service
