Job Description & Requirements

Support in inspection with CMM, i-Vision.
FA Inspection
First piece set up inspection
Routine inspection (incoming, inprocess, outgoing)
Fixture inspection (New fixture) to ensure acceptable usage.
Inspection fixture
Support in CAPA/Root Cause Analysis for both internal and external quality issue.
Data collection
Data analysis
Root Cause identification
Solution establishment
Generate internal and supplier quality performance report.
Monitoring of internal production quality issue
Monitoring of subcon/supplier quality issue
Review, analyse and evaluate data on the above quality issue
Lead MRB review and disposition.
Perform review on the rejection, evaluate and disposition of rework, scrap or UAI
Participate in supplier evaluation and qualification.
General supplier management
Supplier audit (new and existing supplier)
Support in audit (internal and supplier).
Perform auditor role during internal audit
Auditing of major supplier with high quality issue
Lead in internal calibration management.
Keep track on the calibration due date and take initiative to recall for calibration
Maintain internal IMTE to date
Support on Documentation Control.
Inspection report
Material Certificate
Treatment COC
Internal inspection record
Perform GDP
Oversee quality activities and action plan.
Arrangement of inspection priority
Updating of inspection status
Liaise with cross function on quality issue
Problem solving through team work
Support QM to lead the Quality Department.
Perform as a lead of Quality Department
Take over the HOD role in the absent of QM
