Description

Responsibilities:

Participate in and contribute to the DFM and PFMEA processes to guarantee that new goods are built to last.
Participate in the design of new tooling for existing/new goods.
Troubleshooting issues with the plating line and tooling
Maintaining plating production processes and tackling general problems
Assist the maintenance and production teams in resolving problems.
Assist in the implementation of a plan of action to decrease production scrap and quality issues.
Improve your processes and productivity.
Work with internal and external resources to assist in the methodical resolution of production and quality concerns.
When necessary, assist the management with the implementation of manufacturing, engineering, design, and development strategies.
Monitor and reduce scrap rate while increasing plating yield.
Ensure adequate documentation of all plating records.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Quality or other engineering field

Relevant experience in the ELECTROPLATING / GOLD PLATING
