Responsibility:

  • In charge of client retention and renewal of accounts for your assigned portfolio.

Responsibility:

  • In charge of client retention and renewal of accounts for your assigned portfolio.
  • Conducting marketing presentations of insurance solutions to your clients
  • Preparations of proposal for all lines of coverage, benchmarking, reviewing of plan designs, renewal materials, etc
  • You will build lasting relationships with other internal and external teams.
  • Assists with claims enquiries, employee movements, etc.
  • You will ensure to achieved set KPIs such as renewal retention and providing input that contributes to positive financial results.

Requirements:


  • This role requires to have insurance certifications: BCP, PGI, HI, M5, M9, M9A
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in client management within Insurance focused on Health and Employee Benefits products.
  • Experience in similar renewal role coming from insurance or broking firm
  • Familiar with Health Insurance market with experience liaising with clients, brokers and other intermediaries.
