Responsibilities:

Plan for requirement gathering activities with timelines and effort estimates.
Discuss and work with users to understand, analyse, validate user/business/system requirements to determine the project requirements.
Perform functional impact analysis and risk assessment to examine and evaluate existing vs. tobe processes. Design functional solutions based on user requirements and work with Technical Leads to determine and identify any technical constraints and limitations to the proposed solutions.
Document functional specifications of the proposed solutions, obtain user confirmation on the requirements, buyin of the proposed solutions and official signoff. This includes any other supplementary documents as required.
Assist in solution design. Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical teams if required to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Support test activities to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and testing coverage is met. Assist in integration test and user acceptance test.
Prepare training materials, conduct user training and support to end users to ensure that they are able to effectively use systems.
Timely escalate issues to project managers.

Job Requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration with min 5 years' experience working as a Business/System Analyst in a bank, FI or a consultancy firm.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Logical and Analytical with attention to details.
A proactive team player who has strong sense of ownership and take responsibility.
Able to perform individually or as a team.
