This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.

Main Responsibility Overseas Entities Support

  • Lead team on the preparation of monthly financial deck for HQ reporting as part of monthly forecast process.
  • Monthly costs analysis including reporting and forecasting of overheads.
  • Team lead budgeting process.
  • Completion of financial statements and liaise with Auditors.
  • Work with Group Tax to resolve tax matters (Corporate tax, withholding tax and GST).
  • Lead monthly closing process.
  • Continuous review of process and internal controls.
  • Assist in project feasibility analysis.
  • Key finance liaison with MPA.
  • Finance liaison for S&P matters.
  • Other Ad Hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Accounting Degree/ACCA/CPA qualifications.
  • Prior experience in Big Four will be an advantage.
  • Commercial experience preferred.
