We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketeers to join our team As a Telemarketeer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating leads.

This is a position that offers a high basic salary along with commission opportunities.

We provide comprehensive training and a script to help you excel in your role, and offer flexible working hours to suit your schedule.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Follow a provided script and adhere to company guidelines and policies
  • Build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records of calls and leads in the CRM system
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telemarketeer or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote work environment
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and persistent
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques
  • Ability to adapt to different customer behaviors and handle objections
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
