Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of banking IT initiatives, driving efficiency and automation.
- Manage program and project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee product development lifecycle and provide technical assistance and IT support.
- Utilize Agile (SCRUM) methodologies to facilitate team selforganization and manage Scrum events.
- Act as a core banking implementation consultant with a focus on retail and wealth banking.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program and project delivery management.
- Strong background in strategic planning and execution control.
- Expertise in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies, certified as Scrum Master & Product Owner.
- Indepth knowledge of core banking systems, particularly Temenos Transact.
- Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
