Business Partner & Solutions

You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Senior Business Analyst?

  • Work closely with Human Resource and Organization Department to understand business needs and implement technology solutions
  • Be a strong Business Analyst and appreciate business needs to support business in formulating holistic business requirements
  • Analyze business requirements, interdependencies, risks, and benefits to propose solution options
  • Develop technology roadmap to digitalize tools and processes
  • Work across teams and departments to solve problems and implement changes
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Participate in regular IT Steering Committee meetings
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Project Management responsibilities
  • Assist in defining project objectives, scope, benefits, estimate project effort and timeline, build overall project plan and assist in implementation of projects
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Verify solution proposed by vendor to ensure that it is feasible, will meet business needs and the proposed cost is reasonable
  • Measure project performance, report and escalate to management as needed
  • Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
  • Appreciate change management and know when to use it
  • Manage outsourced vendors
  • With Bachelor's Degree preferably from a in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • With 5 to 8 years of relevant technology experience in gathering requirements, developing and implement solutions for end users, preferably in finance services or asset management industry.
  • Familiar in leading a project team to implement and execute Human Resource projects and solutions (intranet mobile apps, social collaboration apps, content management systems, website design, development, security hardening, digital marketing and google analytics).
  • Technical skillsets including PHP, HTML, CSS, javascript, mobile/web development technologies, desktop programming (VBA), tableau.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and certifications such as PMP, ITIL, and qualifications such as CFA or MFE.
  • Understanding of HR business domain and processes, ability to partner and drive solutions with business
  • Strong communicator with problemsolving skills, proven project, stakeholder and vendor management experience.
  • Ability to do quick prototyping to translate ideas into solutions.
  • Following experience(s) will a strong plus:
  • Experience with data management projects
  • Tech consultancy, User research/Design
