Roles & Responsibilities

Job Requirements

To make annual sales plan and sales target.
To work closely with customers on planning their materials needs (i.e. to source and requisite food packaging materials for their manufacturing use).
To work closely with suppliers and co-ordinate on behalf of customers on meeting products' specifications and delivery schedule.
To handle and follow up feedback and claims from customers.
To work closely with sales admin and logistics support team on shipment coordination and arrangement in order to meet delivery timeline.
To prepare sales/marketing reports for the management review.
To monitor and ensure timely payment from customers.
Make day trips to Johor Bahru to ensure printing accuracy and production run smoothly and successfully.
Make overseas business trips to visit customers to build stronger rapport and customers service level.
To establish connection and communication with Japan headquarter on technical advises and support for quality control issues.
To monitor and ensure suppliers' service and quality are always at optimal level.
To introduce and present new products and packaging solutions to customers.
To negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms.
To source for new products, solutions and suppliers for business expansion and cost effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Degree in business related studies with At least 2 ~ 3 years related working experience in handing Trading business.
Require candidate to possess valid class 3 driving license.
Experience in handling petrochemical related products is preferred.
Knowledge in Trading terms is a MUST
Occasional need to travel to overseas for business meetings

Other Information

Salary ranges from $3500 - $4500 depending on experience with average 3 months of Variable Bonus with attractive benefits of group insurance, Dental and out-patient medical reimbursement
Transport reimbursement + Meal allowance is claimable after 6 months probation
5 days work week from 9am - 6pm
Working location in Alexandra, Nearest MRT : Labrador (Yellow Line)
