What You'll Do:

Responsible for the customer support operations for EV charging
Review and implement canned responses in relation to EV charging enquires
Training of internal staff and call agents on existing/new customer support requirement
Work with internal or external stakeholders for any EV charging related matters
Design, implement and review operational workflows and standard operating procedures of the customer and backend operations for EV charging
Responsible for the monthly reporting to different stakeholders
Support customer support operations for any incident(s) during or after office hours
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

What You'll Need:

Possess a Degree in any discipline
Must be organised and detailoriented with a strong focus on quality management and process improvement
A flexible team player with a "can do" attitude and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to relate to people at all levels
