Description:

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing banking eTrading projects and coordinating development and technology work. The PM provides leadership and guidance to the team, communicates with stakeholders and oversees the product development from end-to-end.


Responsibilities:


  • Establishing product plans, resources, budgets, and timeframes, and assigning tasks.
  • Identifying, tracking, and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, changes, and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues, and risks.
  • Managing performance and providing technical advice, guidance, and training.
  • Coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholder management.
  • Ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:


  • 8+ years experience in IT project management in investment banking
  • Project Management certification preferred, but not a must
  • Selfstarter with excellent leadership and team building skills
  • Ability to resolve problems creatively
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders
  • Experience of at least one of the eTrading asset class
