Job Summary:


Actively support TOUCH's Digital Transformation journey by working closely with external and internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain and support TOUCH's frontend systems and marketing technology platforms that enable Digital Capability in TOUCH.


Principals Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Align digital transformation strategy with TOUCH strategic pillars (People, Programme, Platform and Partnership) to transform TOUCH into a datadriven and clientcentric organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to design, implement, maintain and support digital endtoend processes spanning across TOUCH systems
  • Guide and educate Digital Marketing, Partnership and direct service teams in the use of marketing technology platforms to maximise ROI
  • Work with internal and vendor teams to implement, maintain and support TOUCH frontend system and marketing technology platforms, support issues and problem management, and design solutions to satisfy business needs.
  • Use technical knowledge and expertise to conduct functional impact analysis, analyse business processes and requirements
  • Analyse cloud service providers release plans, propose recommendations and work with internal teams and vendors to carry out action plan
  • Ensure all business and technical documentation are kept up to date
  • Ensure internal and vendor teams address and solve issues and problems in a timely manner to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor and address key issues with data flow between marketing and customer data sources
  • Contribute as a member of a crossfunctional, agile delivery team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • At least 3 years working experience in Web Content Management (CMS) / Digital Experience (DXP) and Digital Marketing Automation solutions
  • Working experience with technology such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Optimizely Content Cloud, SiteCore Experience Manager, Sitefinity DXP; Adobe Marketo Engage, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Optimizely Data Platform, SiteCore Content Hub, SiteCore Send; and Google Analytics
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong grasp of digital concepts, technology and business models is advantageous.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Handson with a cando attitude
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Energised by innovation projects and technology adoption in social services.
  • Work experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is an advantage
