Overall Job Objectives
To provide admin support to the Media Sales Team
Core Responsibilities
- Contacting and forging new partners for digital subscription
- Maintain sales and administrative records
- Evaluate new opportunities
- Research prospective partners
- Address customers enquiries and concerns
- Work closely with the Sales Representatives to ensure accurate submission of administrative documents
- Point of contact between Sales Representatives and Business Partners
Job Specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good Administrative skills (Microsoft Office)
- Positive with good learning attitude
- Able to work in a fastpaced sales environment
- Able to commit a minimum of 36 months for full time internship
- Possess the required work rights for Singapore
- Current Poly/University Students are welcome to apply
