Description

The Scrum Master is accountable for his/her squad delivering to the planned scope at the expected quality. Scrum master for full stack team in building.
NET Core micro services, and Angular micro-frontends, utilizing Azure Kubernetes Service, Kafka, and Azure IaaS

Minimum of 3 years as Scrum Master and/or 3 years as Functional Lead / Build Lead to a multi-disciplinary team

Ensure that everyone in the squad understands goals, the functional and technical scope
Manage and understand product backlog and sprint backlog, understand priorities set by Product Owner
Track and drive squads' progress to ensure scope is delivered on time and at sufficient quality.
Identify and remove impediments to the squad's progress
Lead scope discussions with squad BAs and effectively manage and control change.
Dependency tracking and management within the squad and across agile teams
Be accountable for the quality of sprint delivery, track and drive bug fix velocity, balance priorities between bug fix and new feature development, identify opportunities to improve quality
Help squad and POs understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
Conduct daily standups with product owners and squad members

Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and multitiered development: experience in one or more of the following preferred:NET, Angular, Micro services.
Functional expertise to pick up and understand domainrelated knowledge swiftly
Understand Agile Delivery Methodology
Problem solver has insight and experience to facilitate the resolution of technical, functional or peoplerelated issues 10
Excellent clientfacing communication skills.
