Description

Monitor proper functioning of Data Centre facilities, including DC temperature and humidity monitoring system, smoke detection and fire suppression systems, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units, CCTV, keypress units, etc. Coordinate maintenance works for the Data Centre related facilities & systems Provide access & escort authorized visitors to Data Centre Ensure proper security controls of Data Centre are always in place, including to ensure authorized access to Data Centre, review of visitor logs, etc. Mounting cartridges in cartridge libraries. Maintaining tape inventory records. Participate in troubleshooting system and network connectivity problems before escalation. Timely escalation and communication of major incidents with various stakeholders including senior leadership Maintain Data Centre inventory level, including registering incoming and outgoing IT hardware and accessories Support Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and related activities. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Salary:
$1, $2,500.00 per month
