Responsibilities
- Provide career retention support (case management) services to exoffenders
- Manage scheduling and conduct of work site visits and/or video/phone calls to exoffenders, their employers and/or supervisors
- Monitor and report Career Retention Supportrelated matters
Requirements:
- Minimally a Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years of experience related to the provision of case management services
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, Excel
Salary:
$3, $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
