Team Introduction

Talent Acquisition Center-Global was established in 2020, and aims at providing recruitment solutions & deliveries across the world for different business units at TikTok outside China sustainably.

Our mission is boost efficiency, enhance globalization and pursue sustainable development.

Responsibilities:

Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels;
Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners;
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency;

Minimum Qualifications:

Undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and related fields.
Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English.
Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people.
Proven ability to develop sound research methodologies and collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret data.
Selfstarter who has an appetite for new learning(s).
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Able to commit a minimum of 3 months or more for 3 days per week, fulltime commitment is preferred.
Prefer students who is currently in their 2nd or Final year of study.
