At our company, we deem our people as our greatest asset and as the roster of brands we service grows, we are on the lookout for a passionate HR & Admin Executive to join us on this journey together


[Responsibilities]

  • Management of grants and claims
  • Manage and review if employees are eligible for relevant courses
  • Management of trainees and internship programmes
  • Provide support for trainees and interns' queries/ grievances
  • Connect with lecturers from schools for tracking reports
  • Attendance and leave administration
  • Liaise with vendors for new employees' name cards (Digital/ Physical)
  • Ensure regular updating of the staff directory
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

[Requirements]

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a HR Generalist/ an Administrative role
  • Proactive, independent, able to work cohesively as a team
  • Able to multitask well
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
