Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer front desk calls and organize replacement where possible
- Responding to correspondence
- Reception duties
- Badging Control
- Raise PR for Vendor (IGS(Purchase Requisition Approval) Process Support for Facility Activities)
- Arrange the dates for new hires for uniform try out and pants measurement
- Distribute Staff Uniforms, Safety Boots, Locker Keys, Staff Passes and PPT
- Oversee, conduct stocktake and replenish Singapore Service Centre's merchandise items
- Actively participate in full cycle recruitment process
- Partner with colleagues, sit leaders and the HR community to determine the current and future recruiting needs
- Target and access the top talent to fill opening at all levels of the organization
Requirement:
- You are a team and results orientate individual who has the capacity to influence others
- You have strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- You have experience coordinating and attending recruitment events
- You have strong knowledge in HRIS and an Applicant Tracking System (i.e Taleo and Success Factors) (preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player with a "cando" attitude
Salary:
From $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
