Description
Responsibilities- Assign guests to tables, maximising utilisation of the space to the best advantage;
- Ensure every guest is greeted warmly, seated promptly, and well attended to;
- Receive and act on feedback from all guests;
- Prepare monthly report of guest comments, guest list, and report to assist business decisions;
- Fully understand the operations of the restaurant and service sequence
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of F&B experience
- Prior hospitality or finedining restaurant experience is advantageous
- Team player
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Working Hours: 5-day work week
- Working Location: Central, Raffles
- Salary Range: $2200 $2600
