Job description:


  • Providing 1st
- and 2nd-level IT support to BAU

  • Responding to incidents at timely manner, investigate and provide temporary or permanent solutions of escalated incidents
  • Performing IT troubleshooting and server management
  • Preparing of equipment and user account for employee on/offboarding
  • Coordinating with vendors to resolve problems or fulfill procurement needs
  • Assisting in IT inventory, asset management, procurement, documentation and reporting

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of working expeirence in enduser supporting
  • Experience in supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Antivirus software
  • Knowledge in user account and mailbox creation on Active Directory
  • Experience in vendor liaising and management
  • Able to work independently as well as in a group
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
