Job description:
- Providing 1st
- Responding to incidents at timely manner, investigate and provide temporary or permanent solutions of escalated incidents
- Performing IT troubleshooting and server management
- Preparing of equipment and user account for employee on/offboarding
- Coordinating with vendors to resolve problems or fulfill procurement needs
- Assisting in IT inventory, asset management, procurement, documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working expeirence in enduser supporting
- Experience in supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Antivirus software
- Knowledge in user account and mailbox creation on Active Directory
- Experience in vendor liaising and management
- Able to work independently as well as in a group
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
