Description
Main Responsibilities- High visibility active projects

  • Regular Funnel Analysis of CRM opportunities
  • Access & Prioritize key opportunities
  • Deep dive into these opportunities, in alignment with various stakeholders
  • Sales Support for active opportunities
  • Develop holistic strategy with Sales, Demo Centers & other stakeholders
  • Provide Technical support with Customer presentation, Configuration, Battelsheet, Tender Documentation, etc
  • Support for Demo / Sample Evaluation
  • Promote 'Value Sales' to improve price realization
  • Identification of training gaps / requirement
  • Feedback to Management
  • Develop and Support Internal Trainings (Onsite & Web Trainings)
  • Proficient operation of ZEISS Systems & Solutions, including relevant Zeiss SW and workflow
  • Stay 'uptodate' on the latest technological & market / research trends, use that effectively in active projects
  • Work closely with Product Management Team, to help make our offerings more competitive
  • Provide market / customer feedback (when requested)
  • Application development in collaboration with crossfunctional teams to support development of new workable solutions meeting customer needs and demands
  • Development of marketing content and materials in close collaboration with regional business development and global strategic marketing teams
  • Support Funnel generation activities, e.g. external conference, workshops, KOL meeting, webinar, etc.
  • Stay 'uptodate' on the latest technological & market / research trends, understand customers needs  feedback to BDM / Marketing / Sector/ Product Management, so that the information has help to shape effective marketing activities
  • KOL development activities
  • Perform Competitor / Competitive analysis
  • Provide Customer Trainings & Application Support (when requested)
  • Support After Sales offerings by
  • Promoting directly to customers during presentations, discussions, etc.
  • Providing feedback to After Sales Team on Application Aspect (Hardware & Software)
Education / Professional Certification- Master's degree or higher, in Engineering, Science, Physics or relevant field of studies

Experience- Min. 5 years of working experience in industry and / or academia- Experience in Materials Research and/or Semiconductor/Electronics product development / failure analysis using SEM, FIB or other microscopy techniques is preferred- Experience in strategic product marketing or sales experience with high technology instrumentation is a plus

Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

  • Existing network in the Materials Research and /or Semiconductor/Electronics community is preferred
  • Experience in Sales or Sales Support along with an understanding of capital equipment, manufacturing and engineering processes.
  • Selfstarter with very high selfmotivation and leadership skills
  • Superior presentation skills, comfortable in addressing senior / very influential scientific and industry audience
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams within a matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
