Project Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists director and manager, on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
Attend sales queries, prepare and follow up on any sales quotations, the delivery of products and installation works made for clients.
Prepare lighting proposals for projects.
Site Visit / Site Survey if it's necessary.
The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied from time to time as dictated by the changing needs of the Company.
Key Requirements:
O's Level or equivalent
Preferably 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with ERP system or other equivalent software platform
Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with mínimal guidance
Able to work and adapt well in fast-paced environments with strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets.
