_Responsibilities and Scopes _

  • Ensure data integrity for all inventory transactions updated into system.
  • Liaison between clients and warehouse staff on all goods receipts and goods release.
  • Arranging and monitoring of goods collection and delivery.
  • Perform system inventory reconciliation, weekly cycle count and stocktake.
  • Issuance of GR, GI, Pick List and other documents for daily warehouse operations.
  • Update of activities and rates onto system.
  • Periodical download or API of Ecommerce orders onto system for subsequent pick & pack purpose.
  • Prepare monthly billings to clients and KPI statistics
  • Manage clients' queries and complaint
