Description

We are recruiting Full-time Healthcare Assistants for a local healthcare institution in the intermediate and long-term care (ILTC) sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and hygiene to patients such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with feeding and nutrition plans for patients
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in patient condition to medical professionals

Requirements:

Certificate or diploma in healthcare or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and sometimes stressful environment
Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good organizational and time management skills
