Commercial and Group Marketing (Commercial)
Description
You will manage the customer service counter, attend to shoppers' and tenants' enquiries/feedback, support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to handling of promotional gift redemptions, bank reward redemptions, loyalty programme and events, as well as administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N/O' level with at least 3 years' relevant experience. Diploma holders will have an added advantage
- Pleasant personality with good spoken communication and customer service skills are essential
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- 5day work week
