Commercial and Group Marketing (Commercial)

Description

You will manage the customer service counter, attend to shoppers' and tenants' enquiries/feedback, support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to handling of promotional gift redemptions, bank reward redemptions, loyalty programme and events, as well as administrative duties.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'N/O' level with at least 3 years' relevant experience. Diploma holders will have an added advantage
Pleasant personality with good spoken communication and customer service skills are essential
Team player with ability to work independently
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
5day work week
