Customer Service - Singapore - TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD
Description
**Responsibilites: 1) Onboarding of Corporate Accounts for local and foreign companies.2) Independent handling of customers.
3) Ensure the relevance and completeness of KYC information and perform appropriate due diligence checks and information searches in accordance to Bank's AML/KYC standards and regulatory requirements.
4) Active Cross Sell/Up Sell of bank's existing and new products that are introduced from time to time to strengthen our relationship with customers. (Includes contactless payment, merchant services, Banca, CASA product).
5) Follow up handling on client onboarding related matters and for escalated/prioritized cases.
