VACANT POSITION:
HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our consulting firm.

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training and development, and employee engagement.

This individual will also play a critical role in shaping and executing our office culture and career development initiatives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and manage all aspects of the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training and development, and employee engagement.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with MOM regulations and best practices.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, including conducting interview, background check, and reference checks.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, investigations, and conflicts.
  • Develop and manage employee engagement programs, including employee surveys, focus groups, and other initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and oversee office culture initiatives, including employee recognition programs, team building activities, and other initiatives to promote positive employee relations and a productive workplace culture.
  • Manage career development initiatives, including performance management, career planning, and succession planning.
  • Create and maintain employee handbooks, policies, records and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HRrelated matters.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a strong background in employee engagement, office culture, and career development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficient in HR management systems and software, including Microsoft Office and HRIS.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills. Mandarin a plus.
