The role:
Brand and Marketing Manager is someone who is driven and motivated by opportunity to create, manage and develop a brand.
We are looking for someone who is not scared to push boundaries and take risks to redefine our product category.
As a key member of the management team, he/she will be reporting and working closely with the Executive Director directly.
This role is responsible for the development and management of a company's brand as well as to lead / guide and develop the marketing team.
To succeed in the role, the individual is expected and needs to be able to excel in the following areas:- (BUILD / CORE ARCHITECTURE) Lead development of the brand book and marketing plan which will outline the core operating principles and guidelines and the subsequent execution of the strategy.

- (EXECUTION) Tactical marketing activities to create and amplify brand awareness for the brand to gain more footfall into stores with a strong focus on digital and in store activations.

Responsibilities

Brand Development:Develop brand guidelines and design new brand retail experience and product portfolio enhancements.

Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive full year marketing plan/calendar aligned with the company's growth model to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility across all regions of operation.

Team Leadership:Lead an agile and high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Brand Management:Define and strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and brand guidelines across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Campaign Management:Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage traditional and digital channels, including social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and partnerships, to reach target audiences and drive user engagement.

Performance Measurement:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to continuously optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Management:Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination in executing marketing initiatives and achieving business objectives.

Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment and drive cost-efficient marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
years' experience in brand or product marketing and/or business development preferably in the F&B, FMCG, retail or hospitality industries, (ideally in the B2C Retail space).
- Degree in Business/Marketing/ from a recognised university.
- Exceptional knowledge in marketing disciplines, specifically in market positioning, customer and business segmentation, gotomarket strategies, and brand management.
- Exceptional knowledge and passion in Branding, specifically the ability to create a brand identity for the brand (lead external agencies / internal resources independently once direction has been set).
- Solid track record in executing sophisticated brand or product launch programs across various offline and online channels that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, cultural nuances and regional consumer behaviour is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
