- Direct and manage the customer service department.
- Plan, strategize, and implement systems to push for customer service (pre-sales and after-sales).
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the department goals.
- Ensure strong company culture across the departments.
- Motivate the departments to accomplish the department goals.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply
- Bachelor's degree graduate is preferred
- Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start-up environment
- Interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
Skills
- Interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, and communicate with employees.
- Analytical and sharp mind
- Adherence to guidelines
- Committed and dedicated
- Fast learner in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in
E-commerce (direct-to-consumer, business-to-consumer) is preferred

Start-up company is preferred

Mon-Fri 9 am-6 pm
