  • Direct and manage the customer service department.
  • Plan, strategize, and implement systems to push for customer service (pre-sales and after-sales).
  • Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the department goals.
  • Ensure strong company culture across the departments.
  • Motivate the departments to accomplish the department goals.

Job Requirements

  • Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply
  • Bachelor's degree graduate is preferred
3. 3-5 years of experience in business, supervision, and management


  • Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner
